BUY THE FUTURE OF CHEESE
PREPARTION
1) IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL, ADD OLIVE OIL, AGED BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND A FEW PINCHES OF SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX TOGETHER INCORPORATING INGREDIENTS.

2) ADD MIN AND MARCONA ALMONDS TO THE MIXING BOWL AND GENTLY STIRE TOGETHER CREATING OUT VINAIGRETTE

3) CUT BRIE WHEEL IN HALF AND PLACE 1 HALF OF THE WHEEL IN THE CENTRE OF THE PLATE

4) CUT THE OTHER HALF OF THE BRIE INTO SMALL WEDGES AND PLACE ONTO PLATE

5) PLACE SLICED STRAWBERRIES NEXT TO THE BRIE
