1 TSP TRUFFLE INFUSED HONEY

1/4 CUP FRESH MICROGREENS 

1/2 THINLY SLICED HONEY CRISP APPLE

2-3 SESAME SNAPS BROKEN UP

MEDIUM THICK SLICED TOASTED BAGUETTE (OPTIONAL)

1) BUTTERFLY OUR BRIE WHEEL SO YOU HAVE 2 EVEN ROUNDS

2) SMOTHER 1 HALF OF THE BRIE WHEEL WITH BLACK TRUFFLES (OR TRUFFLE PASTE) AND DRIZZLE WITH HALF OF THE TRUFFLE HONEY

3) TOP THE TRUFFLE SMOTHERED HALF OF THE BRIE WHEEL WITH THE OTHER HALD SO THEY MAKE A SANDWICH TOGETHER AND GENTLY PLACE IN CENTRE OF A LARGE DINNER PLATE

4) CROWN THE TOP OF THE BRIE WITH BROKEN UP PIECES OF SESAME SNAPS AND DRIZZLE WITH THE OTHER HALF OF TRUFFLE HONEY
